Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using Spriter AI, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Asset Visibility

Public assets are visible to anyone, searchable, and may be downloaded by other users. Unlisted assets are not shown in search but remain accessible via direct link. Private assets are only visible to the creator.

Free and Creator plan subscribers cannot create private or unlisted assets. Only Studio plan subscribers may choose asset visibility.

3. Downgrade Policy

When a Studio subscription is downgraded or expires, all private and unlisted assets are automatically converted to public. Assets are not deleted and their URLs remain unchanged. New assets default to public after downgrade.

4. Asset Indexing

Public assets are indexed for search. Metadata generated for search indexing, including AI-generated categories, tags, and quality scores, is stored and used to improve search results.

5. User Content

You retain ownership of your generated assets. By making assets public, you grant Spriter AI the right to display, index, and distribute them through the service. You may delete your assets at any time through your gallery.

6. Prohibited Use

Do not generate or upload content that infringes copyright, contains offensive material, or violates applicable laws. Spriter AI reserves the right to remove content and terminate accounts for violations.

7. Limitation of Liability

Spriter AI is provided “as is” without warranties. We are not liable for damages arising from use of the service, including but not limited to data loss, service interruption, or third-party claims.

8. Changes

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
